Where is Solution Squad based, and which areas do you cover?
Solution Squad's office is at 30B Allens Road, East Tāmaki, Auckland, and we support businesses right across New Zealand. Most day-to-day IT support is delivered remotely, so your location is rarely a barrier, and our One NZ partnership gives clients nationwide mobile and broadband coverage.
What's included in your managed IT support?
Our managed IT services cover day-to-day helpdesk support, servers and virtual machines, cyber security, and IT strategy and planning. We also manage cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS, along with backup and disaster recovery. Managed clients get 24/7 support, so help is available whenever something breaks, not just during office hours.
Do we need our own IT staff to work with you?
No, you don't need any IT staff of your own. If you have no in-house IT, Solution Squad acts as your complete IT department, covering everything from helpdesk to strategy. If you do have IT staff, we work alongside them, filling gaps and adding specialist skills in areas like cloud and security. Either way, the support scales as your business grows.
What are your support hours, and how do I get hold of you?
The Solution Squad office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Managed clients also have access to 24/7 support, so urgent issues are covered outside office hours too.
Can I buy hardware and software through you?
Yes. Solution Squad runs an online shop with NZD pricing on business hardware and software, so there are no surprise currency conversions at checkout. If you're not sure what to buy, ask us first and we'll recommend equipment that actually fits your setup and your budget.
Do you build websites and handle digital marketing too?
Yes. Alongside IT support, Solution Squad offers website development and digital marketing for New Zealand businesses. That can mean building a new site, refreshing an existing one, or helping more local customers find you online. Because one local team looks after both your website and your IT, you avoid juggling multiple suppliers when something needs changing.
How quickly can you get started?
