Solution Squad's head office sits at 30B Allens Road in East Tāmaki, in the middle of one of Auckland's busiest commercial and industrial areas. It's a working office rather than a showroom: the same team that answers the 24/7 helpdesk, builds client networks and manages One NZ business accounts is behind the door.
What happens at the Auckland office
East Tāmaki is the operational heart of Solution Squad. From here we run managed IT services for clients across the Auckland region, coordinate on-site visits from Albany to Pukekohe, and manage the workshop where client hardware is staged, configured and repaired before deployment.
It is also our main One NZ dealer desk. If your business is weighing up mobile plans or business broadband, the people who arrange those accounts work from this building — the same green signage you'll see on the street front.
The boardroom hosts client strategy sessions and project kick-offs, and it's where most of our IT strategy engagements begin, with a whiteboard and a pot of coffee rather than a sales pitch.

We're at 30B Allens Road — look for the green Solution Squad and One NZ panel above the entrance, unit 30B. Allens Road runs off Springs Road in the East Tāmaki commercial precinct, about twenty minutes from the CBD outside peak traffic and ten minutes from Botany. There's off-street parking directly outside the unit.

Yes — there is off-street parking directly outside the unit, and Allens Road itself usually has space during business hours. The office is in the East Tāmaki commercial precinct, so access is easy by car; look for the green Solution Squad signage marked 30B.
Which parts of Auckland does this office look after?
The East Tāmaki team covers the whole Auckland region — CBD, East Auckland, South Auckland, the North Shore and out to Pukekohe and Kumeū. Most day-to-day support is delivered remotely within minutes, with on-site visits scheduled from this office when hands-on work is needed.
Can I bring a faulty computer or device into the Auckland office?
Yes. Hardware drop-offs are handled at East Tāmaki by arrangement — phone first so we can log the job and give you a realistic turnaround. For managed clients, we usually collect from your site instead as part of the service.
